Customized Collection

All customized pieces are final sale. In the event of defective or damaged products we will replace within 5 days of receiving your product, stock depending. In the event of stock not available, you will be offered an alternative colour and/or store credit.

 

Store Merchandise

We love our products and want you to love them too! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the damaged item.

We happily accept returns on unwashed, unworn items with the tags still attached for a store credit. Please contact us info@vibulkbuys.ca within 7 days of receiving your package. We will send you a prepaid shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit. Due to increased shipping costs and product availability exchanges are not offered. Returned items will be issued a store credit only.

 

Sale Items

On all sale items, all sales are final.
